Idea. As I am coming in this next weekend, perhaps we should have a Ciel Celebration on Sat. Now I dont know everyone's schedule for work, class or any plans that might have been made but here is my idea. We start early, round noon, but this will be to prepare the Ciel feast that will be eaten. Filled with all kinds of delicous goodies to wet the pallete and than we can have a nice excellent session of Ciel on full stomachs. I may be wrong here, but are we not approaching the one year mark since the actual start of the game? I would say that calls for a celebration.

I believe I started mid/late last summer, so we're not quite there yet.

I would love to run an all-day session of Ciel. Barring unusual circumstances, I should be free all day, so I'm definitely up for it. Anyone who wants to cook/bring food is welcome to, so we could have lunch, then play an episode, dinner, then another episode. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

If you have work that day, start finding someone to take your shift!

Christ I would hate to miss this, is there ANY way we could move it to sunday, because I have to take my GREs on Saturday at around 7 and if the LSAT's were any indication the earliest I'll be able to get back will be 4 or 5 = /

I'd be leaving to go back to Columbus so that would not work at all for me.

Monday morning 7am shift = no sundays.

In theory an early start would be possible but we all know those dont work out in practice.

The reason they dont is people dont put in the effort to attempt to make an early start. They just put it off. If we all planned our schedules right, it can be done. A Noon start is easily acheviable even for those who sleep till 11:30.

I looked at the start of this thread, 23 pages ago and it starts in the beginning of may. I think we got started then or perhaps it was even late april. Anyone have a confirmation of this?

I believe Jeremy works until about 8:00, so an evening session is looking to be much more viable than the all-day plan.

that does not mean that there can not be good food cooked. those who come early just get a little added treat, we can try to save some leftovers but who knows.

ah! Apparently I was in error and my tests are NEXT weekend not this coming one >_< I thought I only had one week in between tests but I have two. So I would be able to make it at any time this weekend.

Ok here we go, on the menu I shall be creating several Asian dishes. Mostly just some stirfryed chicken with just the right amount of delicous sauces to make them fantastic, some steamed rice to go with them. One of them is the Orange ginger chicken with eg fu yung that I made myself the other day. Boy was that tasty! Only thing I require is a skillet, Stove some cooking oil and some choice chicken breast. Rice is self explaintory but I do think i might mix it up a little bit perhaps with some pineapple and pieces of bacon thrown in. That would be very tasty as well. Any other thoughts?

I think it'll probably be best to start playing around 2 or 3, so that Jeremy only ends up missing 1 ep, and can catch the entire second one.

The asian stuff sounds good. I'm sure Jacob will have a contribution in the same vein. I'll figure out what I'm cooking eventually.
