This is the new catch phrase to use greeting any member of a higher rank than you. Everyone in Rokugan is saying it!

Nomo on ni o!

Say it with me now.

Nomo on ni o!

Now greet your superiors!

Also I should have added that in addition to refusing a gift 3 times and then accepting, a gift of similar value should also be given in return. Also ignore Alan's post =P. Ja ne!

So I should find another unopenable box and give it to the first old man I find, cause they're all the same god/dragon whoever posing in old man form. Old men don't exist except as physical manifestations of higher powers or ghosts.

of course they dont, if old men actually existed that would mean theres a possibility of any of our characters surviving to old age and so all of them much be illusions or of a level of power which is unatainable to our characters

Hmmm, crazy old man gave me this key and I think I've learned better than to stick it in things like statues. I think it is just better for everyone if I melt the damn thing. I mean I can make fires, I might has well use this power since I'm starting to get bored losing and regaining my void powers. ::Watches as key melts in a fury of magical fire:: ah now that was fun.

I think that I had it on me, so :cough: Metahint :cough: you might want to check around me for it, or maybe I left it in all the heavy cloth from the hunt, or it might be in my room in my travel pack, tis not known

I hear that the more taint you get the more powerful you are, so find that pile and eat up. You really can't get enough taint so eat as much as you can.
As for the weapons, it only works with ancestorial weapons, not those lame ones that you get elsewhere. Most don't ever get the chance since the Crab are stingy with the supply, but believe me you will notice the difference it makes.

So, the bottom line, taint rocks!, get it while you can.
