A brief description on the playable races (or at least the information on the races that I have)

I'm not going to give the physical description or their mannerisms, it would be way too much to type, this is just purely some starting stats and starting skill bonuses so that you can decide if your character is suited for their career.

Then again this might be frivolous information. All in all I suggest picking a race that you want to play and then a career and then making it fit from there. No need to try and optimize, unless that's what makes you happy.

There are 35 to pick from (so far) but noticeably missing from this list are Bith and Mandaloreans. Don't have their info on hand at the moment.

Bothans
