And just like that, his lead in Iowa goes from 1% to double digits. Very Happy

Anyone think Sanders will crush Hillary fast enough for her to just go for the silver medal (VP nomination)?

Or do most of her backers probably hate Sanders so much that she'll just bow out (and maybe line herself up for another stint as SOS)?

We are a long way from the finish line yet, hopefully she hours away entirely and we end up with a Biden Sanders ticket.

You would rather see Biden get the nomination than Sanders?

I would rather Sanders but Biden has the resume and the sob story and I'd rather see Bernie on the ticket to push the issues than just a runner up.

I'm not ruling Bernie out, just making a guess at how it might shake out.

At this point, I don't know if I even expect Biden to run.

Quote:
"I don't think any man or woman should run for president unless, No. 1, they know exactly why they would want to be president and, No. 2, they can look at folks out there and say, 'I promise you, you have my whole heart, my whole soul, my energy, and my passion to do this,' " Biden told Colbert. "I'd be lying if I said that I knew I was there."

(What's the term limit for VPs? Hmm...)

The interview is pretty good in general:

Thanks for posting, I've heard about this but haven't seen it yet.
