It's probably good for this. Bots crawling 12g on images isn't good for my upstream.

Stuff like that makes me think it might ultimately be more convenient to just remove visitor visibility from the forums entirely.

Meh, I could do other things to stop that from happening too, but I'm lazy.

I'm not sure there would be a huge downside to making them private, except that most of the public content has already been crawled. I just wouldn't want to encourage a false sense of privacy.

I remember something stopping me, but not what it was. I'll revisit it.

I think I killed it again. Also, 1.8.3 is out, mostly bug fixes and optimizations, might be worthwhile.

Ugh, I'm not even doing anything crazy, just exploring. And boom down goes the server.

John can you please restart? Seriously, if you set me up, I'll take care of it.

I think the watchdog is working now, so it should restart in 60 if it dies.

I think I have a 1.12.2 server up with Biomes O' Plenty and the Journymap minimap mods but everything else is vanilla. Text for IP/Port.

I might play a bit? Last time I messed with MC I was trying to get a mod working that lets you basically create a multiplayer Stardew Valley world (pregenerated village with NPCs and surrounding farms for players, with vegetable/livestock economy, iirc) -- it was called Farming Valley (I think) if anyone else feels like looking into it. Had some issues getting it working since Microsoft seems to have done some stupid shit to MC since buying it.

Farming Valley doesn't work with the new version. It hasn't been updated in a while =/

I might still try to get it working on an older version, just to see if it's any good.

Mystcraft, however, does seem to be up to date...
