Well, I'm pretty stoned on Vicodin right now, so I might as well post all this while I can't do anything else..

So I was on my way to pick up my friend so we could go to work at 830 this morning. I'm heading north on Del Prado, and coming up on a green light. A girl in a Focus is in the southbound left turning lane doesn't see me, and turns directly in front of me. I brake and try to miss her, but end up plowing right into the passenger side front wheel of her car, sending down the northbound road, then I hop up onto the sidewalk and strike a telephone pole. I blacked out after hitting the Focus, and awake in a cloud of smoke and BMW debris. My little onboard BMW connection starts up and a girl asks me if im ok, then calls the police for me, then I try to get out of the car, but my door doesn't budge. I put the window down because people are now gathering, tell them I'm ok, and crawl out the passenger side of my car. as I'm walking around it to see what all is damaged, the girl who I hit comes and apologizes and admits fault to the accident, which the police also confirm. I get my first ride in an ambulance, and fully strapped to a stretcher to boot, and strike up a conversation with the EMT about jetskis along the way. All in all, I have a minor concussion, and a few bruises and cuts, but my silly little impractical roadster saved my life today.

I'll post pictures in a few minutes.
RIP Bimmer

Man, that thing is fucked. Really glad you're okay. Having been in a few accidents, it had to be fairly bad for you to black out.

Stuff like this makes me so paranoid about trying to build up that E30. So much work can be destroyed so quickly...

You can't look at it that way, just enjoy it while you can.

I can't find anything that I don't hate to replace it with so far though...
