I would say something on the lighter side so we don't get all bogged down with liquid bread while we try to play. Maybe something Mexican? We've been meaning to get a case of Tacate sometime anyway.

Should work for me. So help me list what we'll need for Sat.

Burger, Blue cheese(dressing or chunks), bacon(normal or perhaps hicory smoked)

Anything else I'm forgetting?

The dressing seems to work out well, but maybe with the extra fat from the bacon, chunks would be better?

Any decent bacon of whatever flavor is probably fine.

I'll try to get the meat together early during soccer games I don't care so much about, so I can let it sit during Germany v Poland from 2:30-5pm and make burgers after that. Anyone who wants to hang out during that time and watch me shout at the TV is more than welcome.

That was my thinking, perhaps a nice whole wheel of blue, cause god knows I love it.

Taken care of

I'm getting a wheel.

Judging by the weight of their cheese wheels, I would say about a quarter of one at the most. Probably less.

We'll use what we need. I'll take home the rest.

Yeah, that'll work out really well. Rolling Eyes

I guess I could make grilled bleu-cheese sandwiches...with bacon!

Man, that would be dancing a fine line between awesome and gross.
